Our Service
ImageFixer is an AI-powered platform that removes text, watermarks, and unwanted overlays from images. Our service includes:
- • Free Trial: 3 free image processings for unregistered users, no signup required
- • Credits System: Purchase credits to process images — 1 credit per image
- • Monthly Subscriptions: Starter ($9/mo, 500 credits) and Pro ($19/mo, 1,500 credits)
- • Credit Packages: One-time purchases of 200, 700, or 2,000 credits that never expire
- • Processing History: Access your previously processed images via your dashboard
Your Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
- • Upload only images you own or have explicit rights to edit
- • Use processed images in compliance with applicable copyright laws
- • Provide accurate information when creating an account
- • Keep your account credentials secure
- • Report any technical issues or misuse
Prohibited Activities
- • Removing watermarks or copyright notices from images you don't own
- • Using the service to infringe intellectual property rights
- • Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content

Service Availability and Disclaimers
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
AI Processing Quality
Our AI removes text and watermarks using advanced inpainting technology. Results may vary depending on image complexity, background patterns, and text characteristics. We do not guarantee perfect results for every image.
No Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that processed images will meet your specific requirements or be suitable for all intended uses.
Payment and Credits Terms
Subscriptions
- • Monthly billing, automatic renewal unless cancelled
- • Unused credits roll over to the next month
- • Cancel anytime through your account settings
- • Access continues until the end of the billing period
Credit Packages & Refunds
- • One-time purchases, credits never expire
- • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- • Refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase
- • No refunds for credits already consumed
